What do I do if my dog's neck is red and there is a sore?

If a rash, redness, or sore develops on your dog's neck where the contact points touch the skin, discontinue the use of the collar for a few days.

How Old Does My Dog Need to be before I Can Use the Remote Trainer?

There is no minimum age requirement for a dog before you can use the Remote Trainer, but your dog should be at least 8lbs, and be able to recognize basic obedience commands such as Sit or Stay.
