What is spray correction?

Spray collars release a short burst of spray that is safe for pets and humans. Your pet will quickly regard the spray as a deterrent and stop unwanted barking.

My dog is wearing the collar. He continues to bark with no spray correction. What should I do?

Check the fit of the collar. You may need to adjust the collar so that it fits snugly. You should be able to fit a finger between the contact and his skin. The contact must touch the dog's skin.

What is the life of the battery?

Battery life varies with the frequency of your dog's barking. Most consumers change the battery about every 2-4 months.

For the comfort and safety of your pet, check the fit of your pet's collar, the batteries, and tightness of the collar frequently. The Guide for this product describes proper collar maintenance. Just as humans can develop bed sores from remaining in one spot for too long, your pet can have a similar experience from prolonged wearing of a bark control collar. Do not allow your pet to wear the collar for more than 12 consecutive hours in a 24-hour period; this is for your pet's comfort. If any skin irritation is observed, discontinue the use of the collar for a few days. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
